Brighter, Whiter Snow

As smart as modern cameras are, they have no idea what the subjects we point them at really look like. The camera just adjusts exposure for "average." But scenes with lots of snow like this one at Harper's Lake in Montana are not average. For the snow to look bright white, we need to override the camera's exposure recommendation and add more light to the scene.
