Once you understand the fundamentals of ISO, shutter speed and aperture on your camera, you can use them for creative effects that don't require any computer time. The zoom blur effect in this photo comes from using a long exposure and zooming the lens during that time. The technique creates lines of color radiating from the center of the image.
