Using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic to organize your image library can make knowing where your photos are and finding specific frames easy.
In the screen shot below, you can see the results of searching my Pictures folder for photos created by me with DSLR cameras that are in color and made with a 70-200mm f/4 lens. These photos contain either "fall" or "autumn" in the searchable text fields and are edited master photos with or without a flag. The results are 11 frames out of over 62,500+ images in the catalog.
