Layers are the most powerful feature of Adobe Photoshop. Using them you can create an entirely new image from an unassuming picture. This graphic image of lines and color is the result of duplicating the original, flipping it, inverting it, applying a color gradient and cropping. I experimented with various colors and effects before settling on this one. The original capture, of light reflecting onto the ceiling of a meeting room from the parking lot outside, is below.
