After all the people fishing had left for the day, quiet and calm settled over nearby Blanchard Lake. A beaver swam past me twice, checking out what I was doing. I quickly switched to Shutter Priority, dialed in a faster shutter speed of 1/125 second and raised the ISO to 800 to ensure a reasonably sharp image.
