After the sun set on the park, I switched to a 50mm lens. Its wide aperture of f/1.8 gave me a chance of making a sharp photo handheld, albeit with shallow depth of field, since tripods were not allowed in the garden. Once again, negative space plays a role in a quiet mood.

Another specimen of the same species in gentle sunlight, photographed much closer using a 105mm focal length. By centering the middle of the flower, I emphasized its symmetry.
