Two October classes still have open seats. Mastering Manual Exposure, October 8 from 8:30am - 5pm, helps you level up your photography skills by learning to read the camera's light meter and set the shutter speed, aperture and ISO for your creative photos. Using Lightroom Classic's Masking Tools, October 29 from 8:30am - 5pm, teaches you how to apply these powerful new controls to refine your digital images with targeted adjustments. This course is taught online so you can practice using your own computer at home.

Starting in November is a new class--Beyond the Basics: Learning More About Your Digital Camera, meeting Mondays from 6:30 -8:30pm, November 7 - December 12. Discover additional controls and how they can help you get better pictures for a variety of subjects. Explore new settings for landscapes and buildings, portraits, sports and action, close-ups, and low-light photography. Learn to control color for better sunsets, fall foliage, and indoor shots. Experiment with the built-in flash for improved portraits and more. You can attend in person or online.

I round out my 2022 classes with a student favorite--Exploring Photo Ideas 7, meeting Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm, November 2 - December 14. If you are looking for motivation or inspiration for your photography, this fun class challenges you to make photographs of a variety of subjects and ideas. Every other week you share your results with the rest of the class and see how others interpreted the topic. You can attend in person or online.
