Photos that make an impression often employ more than one composition technique. In this image the three bronze leaves, which poured water onto flowers below, suggest a diagonal line leading from the upper left toward the bottom right. And they are placed in the left two-thirds of the frame, creating a pleasing feeling of balance. Finally, the extra room on the right side of the picture provides the (invisible) water room to flow across the frame.
