Take advantage of different angles when shooting black & white pictures. I took this photo out my hotel window which enabled me to look down on the truck and tree instead of shooting from the sidewalk. Notice how the snow has simplified the details of the vehicle and emphasized the texture of the barely covered grass and bushes. The bare tree stands out starkly from the snowy parking lot.
