I was fortunate to watch the return of the Artemis II spacecraft as it splashed down in the Pacific Ocean. (See the post for April 1 when the mission started.) Once again I relied on my smartphone camera to capture the image off my LED television. Having grown up with the moon missions of the 1960s and 1970s, it was a special treat to see the Artemis return safely.
