Here's the tulips that cast the shadow in yesterday's post. I shot with a wide aperture (small f-number) so the view out the window would be out of focus and not distract from my subject. I also adjusted the exposure to be brighter than the camera suggested to convey the feeling of the warm sunlight shining through the petals.
